I suppose that you are here looking for answers. Perhaps, like so many of us, you are unsure as to the questions. Many are aware that they lead unfulflled lives,and no matter how hard they try, find themselves constantly repeating the same failures in relationships and in life. Others have feelings that something is holding them back or making them feel bad in some way.
We all live in a busy, high pressure workaday world demanding the need for constant change. Frustration, anger,despair,anxiety,stress etc.,are increasingly common conditions for so many in our society.
It is a sad fact that most people, regardless of how they present themselves to the world, would benefit greatly from appropriate counselling or therapy.
However, being able to recognise that you have something in your life that you want to change and then taking steps to make change happen takes great courage.The fact that you are reading these pages demonstrates that you have that courage and I respect that.
My name is David Carroll and my goal as a human being and as a psychotherapist, is the same as for all committed health professionals: to help you make positive changes in your life.
These changes will enable someone wth a lack of self confidence for example, to eventually discard their unhelpful "manufactured" personality. He or she can then explore and develop their true selves making life so much more joyous, fulfilling and purposeful.
I have had a lot of success in helping people to achieve this.
